Love Never Fails - Baby Emma a Heroine of our Generation
Emmanuel Chia Ai Lim(13 Oct 2007- 17 Sept 2008)
Love Never Fails
I Cor. 13:8
On Sep 16, 2008, she developed a fever and was rushed to a private specialist hospital in Yangon. The Australian and UK trained Pediatric Consultant, recommended baby Emma to be immediately admitted to Yangon Children Hospital ICU for 24 hours monitoring as Emma has been diagnosed with severe pneumonia. Comprehensive treatments were given to Emma in that ICU but she didn't respond to the treatment positively.
In less than 24 hours, Emmanuel Lim (baby Emma) finished her race in Myanmar and went home to be with Jesus.
Many in different nations grieve over the lost of baby Emma's presence with them but her legacy in the grace of God will continue to shine brightly.
During her short and meaningful life, her inspirational story has also inspired the founding of Emmanuel Charity Fund Ltd. in Hong Kong and Emmanuel Foundation Inc. in U.S.A.
Emmanuel travelled to many nations with her parents and her brother Samuel Lim from June 24, 2008 until September 17, 2008.
During those days, she brought joy to people wherever she went. She grew stronger and stronger every moment as she has been nourished by love and care that she needs day by day. The travelled did not tired her instead, stimulated her senses and muscle movement. Since 3 weeks ago, she turned over by her own and could sit up straight with a back support and holding her head up. She has also gained much weight and length and head circumference.
She has called out "papa", "bebe" "tata" and made some melody. Her smile had been the most captivating. She lived her happiest moment while she was in Myanmar surrounded by family and grandparents from both parents.
She was scheduled to travel back to USA with her parent on Sep 24, 2008. It was a much anticipated trip by the family as well as many friends in Kansas City waiting to see her moving, smiling and stronger in so many ways that they had never seen since she travelled.
On September 17, 2008, Emmanuel Chia Ai Lim (baby Emma) finished her race in the grace of God and was received into Jesus' presence. She happily lived her final weeks giving hope, joy and love to many who are needy and sufferings in Myanmar through the charities she inspired to form.
Although, we will always miss baby Emma, her legacy will be with us and many lives will continue to bless through her inspiration stories. We wish to thank Jesus for the gift of baby Emma to us and thank everyone who has care, love and supported baby Emma. During her 340 days on the earth with us, she has been a burning and a shining lamp of the love and the goodness of God.
Baby Emma is a heroin of our generation. Though her life was short, God was with her and her life was lived to the fullest. Her one life has helped begin the discipling of a nation in Myanmar and her sacrifice will inspire many in this generation to lay down their lives for the sake of the Gospel. I applaud you Emma, you are loved, cherished and will be missed, but remembered always in our hearts. God be with you forever. JMA

heroine...not "heroin" :)
Emmanuel...God with Emma, God with us, God with this generation!
Hi, I'm not particularly clever with words but I guess we have to trust the Lord in what He has planned for us , and though it's only been about a year that baby Emma has been here, the love for her will still remain.
"Rather, the Lord's delight is in those who honor him, those who put their hope in his unfailing love."
Psalm 147 : 11
God is in control of everything :-)
GOD IS LOVE & Love never fails...
Peace with you all
Dear Ps Daniel, Jaeson, if her life represents a significant meaning of this generation, from her birth to her death, then her death must have a significant prophetic message. When I read this post and the previous blog posts about Emma, I immediately feel that this is it: this generation will be very short, this generation won't last long, we will soon see Jesus, be with our Lord, Jesus, just like Emma. Yes, Emma is a little prophetess, and she's already finished her job to convey the most important prophetic message for this generation and be with the Lord. So take heart! Let's be strong and courageous to finish our job, too. Shalom!
P.S. Emma is so cute and beautiful when she went to the Lord, so will this generation be like her when we go see Jesus.
"Draw near to YESHUA and keep closer to drink our ABBA (plus another form;) Parent LOVE and catch Abba Father's heart beat by our ears and focus on HIS eyes. The heart-voiced out through listening, especially as a Father or Mother to listen our age0-youth generations' needs from heart-to-heart on the earth like a heaven!" -- AvAm
"Every 0-11 months baby's ear (sense) like dolphin"
Apart of 36 = Jieh ,
Every baby in womb -11 months baby's ears such like dolphin are able to catch all frequency of sounds under ocean environment. All of babies can memorize and capture at least 8 different languages at the same time from the womb. In baby's view & growth, they dont know that is learning. If your mom can speak chinese or hebrew, so you speaks chinese & hebrew too after 14 months or earlier.
Then if
Gen 11, before Bavel , each one of our history can communicated non-error, right?!
Gen2, First couple of our human history can communication with animals?! aiya~~finally, they choose to listen animal rather than our GOD, right?!
Emma travelled a full-circle that i am not sure and finished the race at Asia from another corner. Will our world our ONE churches our next generations be communication non-error without confusion again such like Noach's family original same tone?
Is it restoring sth?
Is it restoring process of our original images signs?
Thank you for your kind attention!
